Kevin Gibson - Your Trusted Real Estate Partner

Why Work With Me?

I was born and raised in Toronto and moved to Barrie 32 years ago to raise a family. I have worked in the advertising field for the last 20 years and have extensive experience negotiating transactions.

As a real estate professional, I bring a wealth of knowledge, integrity, trust, coupled with the knowledge on local communities and current market conditions. In the years I have lived in the community, I have seen it grow from a small town, to a thriving city which has so much to offer. Barrie has become now one of the most "sought after" real estate markets contributing to its continued growth. I'm proud to live in Barrie and to be part of the team at First Goal Realty Ltd Brokerage.

client reviews

We recently worked with Kevin to find an apartment in Horseshoe Valley, and the experience was wonderful. Kevin made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, always available to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we were choosing the perfect place to call home. His professionalism and attention to detail made a world of difference. We highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a new home or a place to lease. Thank you, Kevin, for helping me find my new home!

Dayna Graves

Kevin was very respectful towards my interests and strived to help me get the place I wanted. He worked hard to get what I wanted no matter the day or time. Kevin even found Interests in listings I haven't thought of and had great initiative. Very personable and accommodating. Would highly recommend it to anyone in need of an agent.

Julian Brotto

I was referred to Kevin by my previous realtor, who has now retired! I have nothing but great things to say about Kevin's professionalism and attention to me as a client. Kevin found me a property to rent in Innisfil and made the process seamless and effortless on my side! I recommend Kevin to anyone looking to rent or buy a house!
